Monday- Beef Tater Tot Casserole
The Monday’est casserole, all your meat and veggies in one dish!
Tuesday- Instant Pot Low Carb Teriyaki Chicken
Serve with rice on the side.
Wednesday- Slow Cooker Meatloaf
Perfect comfort food when served with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Try making mashed potatoes in your pressure cooker.
Thursday- Instant Pot Hawaiian Chicken Sliders
Serve with potato chips and a side salad.
Friday- Sausage and Spinach Fried Rice
Make the rice in the pressure cooker and add some frozen veggies and voila! You have a delicious meal in a snap.
Saturday- Baked Millionaire Spaghetti Casserole
Serve this dish up with a tossed salad and some homemade bread. You have the option with this recipe to make 2 9×13″ pans or 4 9×13″ pans! *If you double your bread baking, you can have plenty for tomorrow’s garlic bread.*
Sunday- Healthy Stock Pot Soup
Serve with Garlic Bread and fruit.
