Can JLab earbuds answer calls? ›

Can you use the JLab GO Air for phone calls? Each earbud has a microphone, which is great because it means you can use either bud for mono listening and still accept calls.

Check device volume and equalizer settings. Check your audio device to make sure your volume is set correctly, as well as any equalizer adjustments such as balance are correct.

How well does the JLab JBuds Air Pro block out noise? Don't expect much isolation here. The JLab JBuds Air Pro doesn't isolate a whole lot, so outside noise will impact your listening experience. The key to good isolation is getting the right fit with the ear tips to ensure they're not too loose.

Clean your earbuds

If the microphone hole is blocked, sound may not be input properly. Clean the microphone hole, speaker, and air duct regularly to prevent debris from accumulating. Use a clean, dry, soft brush, or cotton swab to remove earwax or other debris. After using the earbuds, wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.

V1: turn off sending device's Bluetooth. Hold down right earbud button till flashing ONLY white approximately 15 (will flash blue and white first that's normal) then repeat with left earbuds then they should repair. Put them back into the case and make sure they pair automatically then you good.
